Oracle 12.2.10 with Oracle OPM

In the batch, I enter information about the resource instance used (Resource transactions: Instance number, batch and batch stage - status in progress).
Once the batchstep (or all batch) is complete, the resource instance information is cleared. How to restore them? Be retained upon completion?
