PC_PRICING App Engine process not picking up ACT rows for repricing

Hi,

If the source rows are billed already. Does the PC_PRICING App Engine process picks up ACT rows for repricing ? I wanted generate REV rows via PC_PRICING but the ACT rows are not getting picked up by PC_PRICING. Is it because the source rows are in BLD status ?

Could you please throw some light on this scenario ?
