How to uninstall Trace File Analyzer Collector on Windows

Hi,
I have installed Oracle Database 19c on Windows Server 2019.

How can I uninstall the Trace File Analyzer Collector component?
Or/and can I delete the whole ORACLE_HOME\suptools\tfa folder?
