Error when setting Credit limit for customer

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Dear Oracle comunities,

I tried to set Credit Limit for customer with the amount as bellow.
I understand that SO will be hold if the amount is exceeded, but even when I put the amount below the limit the error still occurs.

Could you help explain why there is this issue?
