LCM FR document repository artifacts: EPMLCM-17000: Failed to authorize user for LCM migrations

Hello,

I am getting the error "EPMLCM-17000: Failed to authorize user for LCM migrations" when trying to open the Document Repository. The user account is fully provisioned. I have checked Doc ID 2702695.1 but it does not help.

Has anyone run into thee same issue?
