Ability to exclude LOVs from offering UOM classes

Perform Inv Transactions / WMS Transactions via UOM conversions within my Count UOM Class. Base UOM is Each.

We have item ABC with an intra class UOM conv of 1 CS = 12 Each. We purchase, and transact on the Case and Each UOMs. This is the Count class.

I've enabled an inter-class UOM for item ABC of LBS to Each. Pound from Weight class = 0.71875 of Each from Count class. Enabled and not end dated.

Is there a way to exclude the Inter class UOMs from being offered in the LOVs for my inventory and WMS transactions? We sub transfer, pick, ship as CS or EA. We would not pick item ABC as the Pound UOM.
