Unexpected depreciation after running rate change on group asset with special depreciation

Hi,

I have some group assets that have special depreciation Section 101 Federal (50%), that we wanted to change the flat rate as of 7/1/2024. Rate was changed from 3.84 to 6.32. The rate change worked mostly but on year 2040 the depreciation is about double what it is in the previous years and then is back to the same on years after 2040. I have tested this on some other assets with the special depreciation and it does the same thing on the same year 2040.

Has anyone else run into this issue or can explain what is causing this? I have attached some screen shots for one of the assets.
