How to specify the correct FTP attachment location for Project Costing?

Hi Team,

On "Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation
Options > Project Costing > File Attachment Option," what is the
correct way to specify the FTP server location?

When I tried
different ways, including SPFTPTEST1 which worked on the "PeopleTools
Test Utilities," but keep on getting the following failure:

AddAttachment failed (137,2)

An error occurred while attempting to upload the file you selected.
This may be because the file's name contains a character we treat as
invalid (* : " < > ?). If so, please appropriately rename your
file and try again.

We are on PeopleTools 8.60.14/Windows 2019/SQL Server 2019/FSCM 9.2 PUM 49
