after upgrade to 24.2, users cannot see [ HI Activity Outlook Calendar View ]

after upgrade to 24.2, users cannot see [ HI Activity Outlook Calendar View ]

It is strange that I can see it as Administrator. To fix the problem, I did remove the view from the user responsibility and then added it again. But, it did not work.
