Client Install Fails with Error " Package validation failed

Hi all

I'm getting error when try to update the FAT client with latest version, the workstation restarted from no reason and now I'm getting this error. "Validation of package in file \server\E920\package_inf\package27.inf failed!!! Package validation failed. The selected package package27 is for a full package. Its system does not match the system of the full package already installed"
Regarding the: Doc ID 2129763.1

The registry and the package.inf is out of sync for the fat client as below:
Package.inf
[Attributes]
SystemBuildType=
...
FoundationBuildDate=
DataBuildDate=
Same values under registry location - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\JDEdwards\OneWorld\Intall.ini\E9xx are empty.
