Can the Navigation Collections be retained when opening a new window?

Good day everyone -

I would like to ask if is it possible to retain the Navigation Collections pane when opening a new window? Currently, when clicking the New Window, only the page itself was shown without the Navigation Collections pane. Is there a config setup for this? Please advise.
