RHEL 7 to 8 upgrade with Oracle Grid Infra

For RHEL 7 to 8 upgrade we see that NIC names are not supported and new network adaptor names are different.

e.g eth1 is being replaced with emv1

In that case we are not able to start the cluster services back on upgraded node as it doesn't find the interconnect with name ethX.

Is there any smart way to handle this to avoid outages, and simply continue the rolling upgrade of nodes.?
