How to Retrieve Deleted By and Activated By in HCM Learning Module for Reports?

We have a requirement that needs to display the Deleted By and Activated By fields using a BIP Report / SQL Query.

We have tried to look for these in HCM Tables. They are also not available in the Learning Page UI under My Client Groups > Learning

With this, would like to ask for help which table and column name are they available?
