Modifying Siebel Server Configuration parameters by using REST API

Hello!

We are running Siebel 21.12. I have found that for Siebel Enterpise configuration the JSON/curl calls could be used. I'm wondering if it is possible to update/get the list of Enterpise Parameters/Server Parameters by using the JSON/curl calls as well? Are the Administration - Server Configuration functionalities exposed to REST API as well?
