GoldenGate MA 21.3.0.0 Administration Server "Abended" no adminsrvr.log

Hi,

I have installed OGG MA 21.3.0.0 for MySQL on an Ubuntu VM for viability testing purpose.
My Administration Server will not start.

There is no 'adminsrvr.log' and there are no errors in any other log file that changes when I try to start the service.

Logs are not shown on the web page as well:

What could be the issue?
