P6 Global Activity Layout

Question: Where does a person go to delete/add Global Activity Layouts?

I am an admin so I have access to P6 Web, but I can't seem to find where to add or delete Global activity layouts. It appears to me that Primavera P6 Visualizer is the place to do this. However, Visualizer does not match what is preloaded into the P6 application as can be seen in the images below.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
