How to put comma and space between SIP Headers.

Hi Team,

I have SBC version 7.4 HW3820

I have the below call info from Avaya IVR came from SBC.

Our Team asked me they need to sperate each fiels value with comma and space as per below as they run Java script to fitch this data for reporting purposes.
