Will Windows 11 EDGE/Chrome work with TR9.2.4.5/Apps 9.1 update2?

Hello! I have a customer on Apps 9.1/ 9.2.4.5 that is NOT in a position to upgrade their Apps and/or tools. They are preparing for Windows 10 to leave support and planning to go to Windows 11. Windows 11 is NOT supported as a Dev Client at our apps/tools release. I have said that they could move their Full Client machines to Windows 2016 which IS supported. For non-Full client machines, can they still go to windows 11 if they are only accessing E1 via browser? At that point does it just become
