ESG (Env Social Governance) data collection and reporting in EBS

Hi,

Like most other companies, we will soon need to fulfill ESG reporting requirements on gas emissions, fuel usage, etc. There used to be a module called Environmental Accounting and Reporting that looked like just what we needed but sadly the module has been discontinued. It has functionalities such as an add-on form to collect emission info on AP invoices. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fulfill ESG requirements whether it is an Oracle feature or a third party tool? We've been directed to check out Oracle EPM but we are not on cloud so any integration from EBS
