Migrating EBS AppsTier from RHEL6 to RHEL8

Hello,

We are planning on moving our EBS AppsTier R12.2.10 which is currently running on RHEL6 to RHEL8. And we plan on swapping the IP and Hostname on to the new RHEL8 hardware. Is it mandatory to relink EBS binaries (adrelink.sh - adadmin)?

Or, wondering if anyone has done this activity, would really appreciate if you could share the steps followed?
