Work Order Status (SRST)

Dears,

Two questions about the WO status:

  1. I can manually revise the WO status from 10 to 20, but failed to revise 10 th CN which is the new status added in UDC 00/SS for cancellation. Why's this?
  2. Apply the P48022 to mass update the SRST from 74 to 75, however sometimes it (R48714) works OK but some WOs failed to do so. I am assuming this is the data issue, however cannot find the reason why?
