Trackable Items Non-recoverable tax is not interfacing to Projects module

Dears,

Off late, the non-recoverable tax is not interfacing to Projects module for the trackable items. Our general understanding is that this amount will be sent from invoice level with transaction source as CSE_IPV_ADJUSTMENT for the trackable items. But this is not happening from the year 2021 for us and is creating a serious impact in the project's reconciliation. Appreciate if anyone can throw some light on this.
