Could you please tell me why burdened cost are not updated when the budget was increased Projects

Hi All,

have a question concerning projects, 109276, 109179 and 109153. Could you please tell me why burdened cost are not updated when the budget was increased.

I have increased the budget of the amount existing project code (revised the amount based on business requested)

Raw cost edit mode, but burden cost filed greed out mode does not edit able mode. as per below example.
