create standby from storage snapshot

Hello everyone!

Please advise the correct way how to create a standby server from a snapshot on the storage. The size of my database is over 60TB and I want to avoid the step of duplicating the database or restoring it from backup to save time.

I tried to do it myself, standby is created and logs are applying, but when I try to open read only, the database hangs and there is an error in the logs for consistency SYSTEM01.dbf
