Getting OS error in cluvfy pre-requisite for grid upgrade. can we ignore or not

We have grid upgrade from 12c to 19c scheduled and in cluvfy we got OS Kernel Version ...FAILED error. Please suggest can we ignore and proceed for upgrade or we need to upgrade the OS before grid.

dxprodods3ha: Kernel of proper version is not found on node "prod1"
