hello below is the ip list of base ad db vm given by infra team

ODA x10-HA BASE IP :

node 1 : 172.10.1.11
node 2 : 172.10.1.12

vip 1 172.10.1.13
vip 2 172.10.1.14

scanvip1 172.10.1.15
scanvip2 172.10.1.16

priv1 : 192.168.8.1
priv2 : 192.168.8.2

DB SYSTEM KVM VM IP :

node 1 : 172.10.1.17
node 2 : 172.10.1.18

vip 1 172.10.1.19
vip 2 172.10.1.20

scanvip1 172.10.1.21
scanvip2 172.10.1.22

priv1 : 192.168.9.3
priv2 : 192.168.9.4

db and other vm crated by infra team so i have to configure rac db

i am confused about configuration

the DATA and RECO disk groups pre-installed in base means grid infrastructure installed in oda base node 1 : 172.10.1.11
node 2 : 172.10.1.12 and its have its own scan,vip and priv ip

so when they created 2 db vm why it have its own priv,vip and scan IP ? i believe grid already installed on base just i have to create 2 rac db on them or this is different configuration ?
