Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Execution plan changes very frequently after Oracle upgrade to 19c from 12.2

Hi,

Need expert advice.

Recently one of our client upgraded to 19c from 12.2. Since then we have observed that the Queries Execution plans changing very frequently.

What could be the reason for the same, Stats are gathering daily basis.
