Asset Profile not populating when attempting to add a Property Asset with Leased Acquisition Code

We have this Asset Profile with Asset Type of 'Property', Acquistion Code 'Leased' and Asset Category with 'Leased Assets' as the options.

While Renewing under Lease Receivable, we are able to use this Asset Profile as renewing the Lease created in the year 2020.

But we have noticed that while creating a new Lease in April 2024 under Lease Receivable product, not able to see this Asset Profile when Adding Asset as Property.

This is strange as why PeopleSoft would not want you to use their leased asset radial box for leased assets.
