CURRENCY_CONVERSION_RATE for withholding calculation is from the invoice not from the payment (11i).

For Oracle Applications version : 11.5.10.2, we have a problem with the exchange rate with which the withholdings are calculated once the payment is made.

The conversion of the value of the withholdings to functional currency, takes the exchange rate of the invoice and not of the payment.

I would like to know if there is a patch for this version about that or some configuration to improve this, in the version.
