Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Error accessing form in Form Request designer

Click on a particular form in a Form Request UDO in Orchestrator Studio E920 9.2.7.4 get this error:

Either this is an invalid application or you do not have access permission

Found Doc ID 2446404.1 but the three issues are not applicable here.

Other forms in the same application (P03013) are fine. The application is pristine/unmodified. The form has no issues at runtime on JDE Web.

Creating a new Form Request gets the same error.

Anyone seen this and resolved it?
