Any reason why AWR SQL Report isn't show an execution plan for a given SQL ?

hi,

Any reason why AWR SQL Report isn't showing any 'Execution Plan' for given SQL ? (see screenshot below)

This is a practice environment and I'm playing around with it.

I ran the same query 120 times, and immediately generate an AWR SQL Report using awrsqrpt.sql (see attachment)

I have Oracle 12c CDB, Linux 6.7 (it's old version of oracle, but still it's curious)
