Integrating 3rd Party Imaging System with PeopleSoft Payables and eSettlements

I have finished each of the steps in "Integrating your imaging system with PeopleSoft Payables and eSettlements" Oracle Red Paper. When I navigate to the provided WSDL URL in my web browser, I get the output on the web page:

PeopleSoft Integration Gateway

PeopleSoft Listening Connector

Status:ACTIVE

When I test the WSDL URL as a SOAP service in SoapUI, I get the error:

Error loading [https://localhost:8443/PSIGW/PeopleSoftListeningConnector/ImagingSystemInvoices.1.wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: The element type "BR" must be terminated by the matching end-tag ""

Does anyone have any remedies for these issues?
