Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Claim settlement is 'RMA with receipt & credit memo'.

RMA was created by the claim, RMA line status is waiting receive. So Credit Memo isn't created.

Claim was closed only with RMA and without Payment Detail.

My question : Is it a data issue?

Normally when will the claim will be closed? and by which program?
