Could not reach security server

Hello All,

We are on AR-9.2 , TR -9.2.5.6 , AS400(V7R3M0) DB2. The ESDEV920 (Enterprise Server ) for DV920 and PY920. The Issues now facing is on DV920 JAS server most of the time we are getting "Could not reach security server" and we are unable to login in DV920 but in PY920 we can able to login when issue take place in DV920.

After restarting the DV920 JAS server services the issue gets resolved but this is continuous these days …..attaching the e1 root logs of DV920
