Does the Constrained ECC plan supports Exceptions,' Items below safety stock' & 'Items with excess'.

When I am viewing the exception table for the exception message, 'Items below safety stock' & 'Items with excess inventory', I do not see any exceptions getting reflected in the exceptions table . I am using ECC Supply plan.
