Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.13 Software download

Anyone downloaded and staged Rel 12.2.13?

I have downloaded the zip files for Rel 12.2.13 for Linux all the zip files together 51.8GB and also the following the steps below to create stage.

 Patch 22066363: RAPID INSTALL STARTCD 12.2.0.51

After unzipping the patch 22066363,

Ran ~/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/bin/buildStage.sh to create a staging area with the directory path where the zip files are.

then ends up with

WARNING: Some of the required zip files have not yet been downloaded. Do you want to continue, and obtain them later? (Y)/N

…and it is looking for the files which are for Rel 12.2.0 (files from previous release). Do we have a new patch for RAPID INSTALL STARTCD?
