Unified Auditing view and table clarity

Looking for some clarity and what if anything needs to be done. We have very slow query performance when slunk comes to collect the data every 5 min. the audit table is partitioned by day.

does the view in the PDB use the query in the CDB?

the view in the CDB & PDB UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL is using tables that according to an oracle support should be moved. How To Transfer Unified Audit Records To An Internal Relational Table (Doc ID 2212196.1)
