Why can't EMCC authenticate with oracle support?
My goal is to again view recommended patches in Oracle Enterprise Manage Cloud Control (EMCC).
I am able to log into EMCC without issues. This issue is regarding the authentication with Oracle Support from inside EMCC. I was able to view recommended releases in EMCC last week. Now authentication fails when I try to log into oracle support through EMCC. My saved credentials that worked last week will not work this week. I am able to sign in directly at support.oracle.com, so I know the credentials work. I am also able to wget to https://support.oracle.com from the EMCC server to rule out firewall and network issues.
