Why Reverse box is checked when Journal Entry is not selected for reversal?

Steps to search for the Reverse Box is checked:

N>Workflow Administrator>Status Monitor

>Status Monitor

>Workflow Type = Journal Batch

>Type Internal Name = GLBATCH

>Workflow Owned By = All Employees and Users

>Workflow Status = Any Status

>Workflow Started = Any Time

>Go

>Select a workflow

>Activity History

>Open Notification

>Open Enter Journals

>Select GL Support - EUSA Responsibility

>Open Journals

>Reverse box is checked

When I created this journal entry, I did not select reversal entry method.

Wondering why I am seeing the Reverse box is checked?

Then I closed the workflow.
