Notify on Status Change

Product: Primavera Unifier v24.4

Hi all,

I was wondering if the following is possible: For a workflow BP, I'd like to notify a specific group of users when a record reaches a status.

In the past, we've done a workaround by having a specific step to act as this notification. However, this is not ideal since it requires the user to log into Unifier and submit the record forward to keep it moving. Ideally, it would just be a notification in their email and requires no input from the user that is being notified.

I appreciate any input!
