Products to Transform/Clean XER Files Before Import to Primavera

We occasionally get XER files from clients that we'd like to import into our on prim Primavera database. However they will sometime have global calendars and activities that we need to change to project level before we can import them so that they don't interfere with other projects we have in our database.

Does anyone know any products that can accomplish anything like this?
