How to Enter Project Budgets for Next Fiscal Year?

We are in the process of loading budgets for FY25. Year starts on July 1. New Departments and Budget Refs are Effective Dated 7/1/2024. When one enters a voucher if you change the Accounting Date on the voucher and then the ChartFields dated July 1 will be available. However, this does not seem to work on the Project Costing Budget side. Creating new Project with Start Date of July 1 and Budget Plan Start Date of July 1 the ChartFields dated with Effective Date of July 1.

Of course we could move up the Effective Dates but wanted to see you other customers address this.
