Can AD/TXK Delta15 - known issue patches be merged with AD/TXK Delta 15 respectively?

After applying AD/TXK Delta15 on DEV we have faced issues and needed to apply the following known issue patches:

Patch 34727020:R12.TXK.C
From Known issues section of Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)

Patch 36303698:R12.AD.C
From ERROR WHILE USING AD_ZD.GRANT_PRIVS AFTER APPLYING AD/TXK 15 PATCH (Doc ID 3030872.1)

As we proceed to apply AD/TXK.Delta15 on TEST/PROD I would like to find the best way to apply these patches with AD/TXK.Delta15.

The Documentations states:
Note: When you are applying R12.AD.C.Delta.15 and R12.TXK.C.Delta.15, do not include any other EBS patches in the same online patching cycle.
