Asset split causes negative NBV

in Financial - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

Hi,

I'm trying to split off an asset using P12106. This asset has a value in main ledger AA but in secondary ledger UT it has already been depreciated to 0 due to different Life Months.

As a result of that split JDE generates unbalanced AS with GL date in last day of previous FY and reports NBV in this secondary ledger as negative. Main ledger is fine.
Why did this happen?
