PUM 49 ESS Timesheet Summary Tabs

We are in process of testing PUM 49 and are encountering an issue where the summary tabs are not displaying the data on the Employee Self Service Timesheet page but are displaying the data on the Manager Self Service page. These are the tabs for Time Summary, Leave/Compensatory Time, Exceptions and Payable Time.

Is there a configuration page and if so, where do I find it? Is this an issue that should be reported via SR?
