Manager Self Service Tile Resizing Itself Upon Landing on Page

We are testing PUM 49 and encountered an issue where, when landing on the Manager Self Service Page, the Manage Exceptions tile resizes itself from regular tile size to about a 4 tile horizontal expanse.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is there a fix or should I open an SR?
