Allow owners to set a default view for a Space

in MOSC - Suggestions for Community Improvement

In our spaces, we want users to initially see the ideas that are open for voting. Currently, when viewing a space, all ideas are shown even if we have Delivered the idea, or if we have marked it closed for another reason.

We want to make sure that users initially see Ideas that we want input on, and not show ideas that we are no longer taking input on.
