try to install Essbase 21c on windows but get error on rcu

Hi There,

I am testing 21c on one of windows server, and run into issue on rcu setup for microsoft sql server, it throws error message

"permission errors SQLServer-15247: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]User does not have permission to perform this action.File:/apps/../oracle_common/common/sql/svctbl/MSSQL/create_user.sql"

Looks like there is option for sql server to generate the script, not sure how I can solve this. IT setup rcu sql database and I am the owner of that database, what else is needed?
