Hi Folks,

  1. where do we map Generic items with Internal item? and how do we differentiate these two item types? please share the navigation path.

2. When we use business flow like CTO or back to Back or dropship how system derive this Item mapping is it from one setup screen or multiple setups? please explain me the default logic along with navigation?
