What should I do to solve the issue of clearing the cache for a custom screen deployed on EBS 12.2?

When adding any item, it does not reflect unless the cache is cleared, and similarly, when deleting an item, it does not get removed unless the cache is cleared. Note that this issue only occurs with this specific screen.
